Photo ID is required to register. If bidding on behalf of another person or a company, a letter of authority must be shown to the agency prior to the auction. Please contact our office to arrange appropriate paperwork.
Deposit to be paid on the day either by cash, bank transfer or bank cheque. The amount of the deposit will be: If the purchase price is less than $1000 the amount of the deposit will be the full price. If the purchase price is $1000 or more the deposit shall be $1000 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever amount is greater.
All properties are sold in as is condition. All purchasers must do their own due diligence as to the condition of the property.
